Opportunities with the Royal Shakespeare Company

​

I attended sixth form at St Mary’s College in Hull, a school who are proud to be partners with the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) in their associate schools programme. 

​

The partnership enabled the school to be a regional theatre venue in conjunction with Hull Truck Theatre, enabling the students to take part in an annual festival either at Hull Truck or at St Mary’s, with the RSC providing professional stage sets for the productions. Whlst I was at St Mary's the RSC provided a number of professional sets, for a variety of productions, including Billy Elliot and West Side Story.
