How many people can say they have handcast a bronze sword, using authentic Bronze Age techniques? Well I can and so can my brother, after we attended a one day sword-making course at Rougham by Bury St Edmunds Soffolk.
The course consisted of:

• Metal casting

• Metal filing

• Wood-work

• Metal burnishing
